Services and Pricing
Pricing depends upon which service is being offered.

General Notary Work
For General Notary Work (GNW), the fees a Notary can charge are determined by the North Carolina Secretary of State.
See NCGS § 10B‑31 rule here.
A Notary may only charge a maximum of $10.00 per notarized principal signature, plus round-trip mileage fees that are agreed upon IN WRITING with the Client prior to the appointment.
Loan Signing Services
Loan signings require additional training, insurance, printing, courier service, mailing, and scanning fees in addition to the notarizations which result in higher fees. Those fees are typically negotiated between the Notary and whoever hires them (e.g. Signing Service, Title Company, Real Estate Brokerage, Law Firm, etc.).

Travel Fees
Round trip Travel/mileage fees are set at the Federal level, which is currently 72.5 cents per mile. This must be agreed upon in writing with the client before the appointment.
